Worked out from the boundaries (smallest container first). They follow whole communes, so a neighbour sharing a commune can show up here too.
Boundary drawn from whole communes, so it is a little larger than the legal zone. Boundary: Eurac Research PDO inventory (CC0). Country outlines: Natural Earth. Dots on the zone map are the vineyard points used for climate.
Showing every colourThe colour filter changes the rules and grapes. Climate, vintages and soils describe the vineyards, so they stay the same.

Picked by the data, not by hand: the profiles nearest on season warmth (counted twice), degree days, rain, ripening-month nights and day–night range. Neighbours within 30 km are left out, as they share the same weather.

Hot days and frosts
Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.
Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
From the specification: Vino de pago in Retuerta del Bullaque (Ciudad Real), 26.28 ha. Red and white wines share one set of analytical limits. Yields are set per variety: Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo 10 000 kg/ha (70 hl/ha), Syrah and Petit Verdot 12 000 kg/ha (84 hl/ha), Merlot 8 500 kg/ha (59.5 hl/ha), so red yields are left null; section 7 lists only Chardonnay, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon as main varieties. Reds are aged in oak barrels and vats (no period stated); at least 25 % of white must ferments on its lees in barrel. The technical file (Spanish) distinguishes single-varietal reds (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah or Petit Verdot; 12 to 24 months in oak barrels plus wooden vats) and two blended reds (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Syrah) aged 3 to 12 or 12 to 24 months in total; these are added as products with the lower bound of each range. It also caps total acidity below 7 g/l and reducing sugars below 4 g/l, fermentation at 35 °C and malolactic fermentation (at least 7 days) at 25 °C.
