Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

Still to check (3)
  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: Products follow the specification's wine types (sparkling; still white, rosé, siller, red, Kékfrankos and late-harvest). The siller (dark rosé, at most 12 hours on skins) has no yield in the yield section. Red and Kékfrankos need at least 4 days' fermentation on skins; late-harvest wine may be bottled only one year after harvest. Continuous presses are banned; enrichment with rectified concentrated must is banned for white, rosé, red and Kékfrankos, any must enrichment for late-harvest wine, and for sparkling wine CO2 addition and enrichment with rectified concentrated must are banned. Training systems and density (max. 10 % missing vines) apply to vineyards planted after 1 August 2010. Main varieties: Zweigelt, Grüner Veltliner, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Furmint, Kékfrankos, Cserszegi fűszeres, Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Wines may also be produced in the Austrian Neusiedlersee, Neusiedlersee-Hügelland and Mittelburgenland areas. The 9 % vol minimum is printed against 'Minimális teljes alkoholtartalom (tömegszázalék)', the Hungarian rendering of the register's minimum actual alcoholic strength field, so it is recorded as actual alcohol.
