Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: Source is the 2014 technical file (summary document). The enrichment quote sits under '1. Tiltott borászati eljárások' (prohibited practices), which also bans raising or lowering acidity and pectolytic enzymes. All wines need at least 6 months in wooden casks and at least three months in bottle; batch presses only, max. 2.0 bar, max. 65 % juice extraction; hand harvest only; max. 8 buds per m². Minimum total alcohol is labelled 'tömegszázalék' (mass %) in the table. Density, spacing (min. 0.6 m) and training rules apply to vineyards planted after 15 February 2006. Single-vineyard wines (dűlős bor) must come 100 % from the named vineyard.
