Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

Still to check (3)
  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: The sparkling wine may be made by the traditional (bottle) or closed-tank method, at least 3.5 bar, in all sweetness styles from brut nature to doux. Vines are short-pruned (1-2 buds) in goblet or linear form; fermentation of the dry wine does not exceed 20 °C. The 85 % Moschofilero rule is stated for the dry white wine only. The older national product specification limits wine yield to 66 hl/ha for both the dry white and the sparkling wine; the single-document 82.5 hl/ha is kept.
