Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: White yields: 10,000 kg/ha (72 hl/ha) for trellised Verdejo and other listed whites and for gobelet Viura and Palomino Fino (recorded), 12,000 kg/ha (86.40 hl/ha) for trellised Viura, 8,000 kg/ha (57.60 hl/ha) for gobelet Verdejo and others. The main varieties are not named in the single document. Rosé wine (at least 50 % red varieties) is allowed but section 4 gives it no analytical limits. Density minimum applies to plantings from 2019. Pálido is biologically aged. Bottling must take place in the production area. Rosé limits ('Rueda vinos rosados') come from the older national technical file (2014), which groups white and rosé wines; it also gives quality sparkling wine 11.5 % vol minimum actual strength (9.5 % kept from the single document), 4 years' minimum ageing for liqueur wines with the last 2 in oak, and 3 months in barrel for 'Fermentado en barrica'.
