From the official production rules (national product specification, via the EU register). Hover a figure to see the clause it comes from. A dash means the rules set no figure, or it is not captured yet.
Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Yields and minimum natural alcohol are set by variety colour (white varieties 11,000 kg/ha, 81.4 hl/ha, 10 % vol; red varieties 10,000 kg/ha, 74 hl/ha, 10.5 % vol), so they are left null for rosé. Planting density is limited to a maximum of 5,500 vines/ha. Secondary varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Fogoneu, Giró Ros, Gorgollasa, Moll, Monastrell, Syrah and Tempranillo. The wine may only be sold bottled at origin.
