Showing every colour The colour filter changes the rules and grapes. Climate, vintages and soils describe the vineyards, so they stay the same.

  • Same area as its administrative region; the boundary is the region's outline.
  • From the specification: Grape yields and minimum natural alcohol are set by variety colour (white varieties 11,000 kg/ha and 10 % vol; red varieties 10,000 kg/ha and 10.5 % vol), so they are left null for rosé. Planting density is limited to a maximum of 5,500 vines/ha. Secondary varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Fogoneu, Macabeo, Merlot, Monastrell, Syrah and Tempranillo. The wine may only be sold bottled at origin.
