From the official production rules (national product specification, via the EU register). Hover a figure to see the clause it comes from. A dash means the rules set no figure, or it is not captured yet.
Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Single-variety wines (monovarietales, white or red) need 11 % vol actual alcohol and their yields follow the white or red variety limits (white 10,000 kg/ha and 67 hl/ha; red 8,000 kg/ha and 53.6 hl/ha). Must extraction is limited to 67 litres of must per 100 kg of grapes (must, not wine, so not recorded as a wine yield). Secondary varieties include Albarín Blanco, Brancellao, Caíño, Godello, Loureiro, Mencía, Sousón, Torrontés and Treixadura. Bottling must take place in the delimited area.
