From the official production rules (national product specification, via the EU register). Hover a figure to see the clause it comes from. A dash means the rules set no figure, or it is not captured yet.
Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Navarra outside the Rioja DOCa. Eleven main varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat à Petits Grains, Merlot, Macabeo, Graciano, Garnacha Tinta and Blanca, Chardonnay) and 14 secondary ones, with no shares. Rosé is made from red grapes only; white wine may also be made from red grapes. No hl/ha yield is given. The term 'Roble' requires at least one month in oak barrels of at most 600 litres. The volatile acidity figure (0.8, labelled milliequivalents) is evidently in g/l.
