Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: Straw wine (slámové víno): grapes must dry on straw or reeds, or hang in a ventilated space, for at least 3 months (pressing allowed after 2 months if the must reaches 32 °NM); in practice dried 4–6 months. Grapes only from seven named vineyard sites in Novosedly; hand harvest only, organic viticulture. Analytical table also sets maximums of 35 % vol total and 13 % vol actual alcohol and 13 g/l acidity; varietal wines from pure varieties.
