Seasons are labelled by harvest year (April–October). Year-to-year changes from ERA5-Land; tested against station records in Alto Adige (r = 0.94 for season temperature at Bolzano). Rain varies more locally, so treat single-season rain with some caution. Vintage ratings, harvest dates and frost or hail events have places in the data model but are not loaded yet.

Still to check (3)
  • Generated from EU reference data: check against the current product specification.
  • From the specification: Section 7 lists only Furmint as main variety. Wine with PDO and quality wine may be enriched up to 22 °NM (white) or 24 °NM (red); ľadové víno grapes must be harvested at -7 °C or below. Attribute wines may not be enriched (enrichment recorded as a qualified value from the national specification). Grapes must come from the area, but processing and bottling may take place anywhere in the Slovak wine-growing region. Varietal wine allows up to 15 % by weight of other varieties. The categories also include sparkling, quality aromatic sparkling, semi-sparkling, raisined-grape and overripe-grape wine without their own limits. Enrichment: víno CHOP and akostné víno up to 22 °NM (white) or 24 °NM (red); not akostné víno s prívlastkom.
