Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Product dossier of 26 November 2011 (traditional term 'Landwijn'). Categories: wine, semi-sparkling wine, aerated semi-sparkling wine, sparkling wine and quality sparkling wine; colours are described only for still white and red. Maximum yields are set by grape colour (100 hl/ha white, 85 hl/ha red); the sparkling categories carry the lower (red) figure as their colour is not fixed. Red grapes are limited to 85 hl/ha except Dornfelder, which may yield 100 hl/ha. The minimum alcohol of 6.5 % vol is not specified as actual or total and is recorded as actual. Permitted varieties are those in the national HPA 2009 variety list, which is not reproduced in the dossier.
