From the specification: Yields are for the province of Trento (23 t/ha; 19.5 t/ha with a variety name); in the province of Verona all types, varietal included, may yield 23 t/ha. Varietal wines may also be frizzante or (red) novello and follow their colour's limits; two-variety labels need 100% from both with the minor one above 15%. Pinot grigio may not be named. Sweetness ranges from dry to sweet. Vinification also allowed in the provinces of Trento and Verona, and in Veneto and Lombardy for traditional producers; up to 15% blending with other Italian wines is allowed.
