Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Varietal and multi-variety wines (Grillo and Calabrese excluded) must meet the limits of the corresponding type; multi-variety wines come only from the named varieties, the smallest at least 15%. Natural alcohol for passito is before drying; grapes may be lightly dried on the vine or after picking. Passito wines need at least 50 g of residual sugar (unit given as grams). Enrichment is not allowed for passito and vendemmia tardiva. For liquoroso the yield is net of fortification. Sweetness of the other types ranges (dry to abboccato, dry to sweet, extra-brut to sweet), so it is left null. Natural alcohol may be lowered by 0.5% vol in poor years.
National tier (DOC/DOCG) not captured yet; rules extracted from the specification text.
