Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Varietal wines need at least 85% of one variety suitable for Sardinia (Cannonau, Carignano, Girò, Malvasia, Monica, Moscato, Nasco, Nuragus, Semidano, Vermentino and Vernaccia excluded) and meet the limits of the corresponding colour; white varietals may also be frizzante, from overripe grapes (stramature) or passito, red ones frizzante or novello. Two-variety wines come only from the two named varieties, the smaller above 15%. Natural alcohol for passito is after drying. Sweetness ranges from dry to sweet (novello dry to abboccato), so it is left null. Natural alcohol may be lowered by 0.5% vol in poor years except for passito and stramature; a derogation allowed vinification outside the zone until 31 December 2012.
