From the specification: Frizzante, novello and amabile types (also varietal) need at least 10.5% vol total alcohol (novello 11%); the list's wording is ambiguous for rosato amabile. Natural alcohol minima may be cut by 0.5% vol in poor years. Wineries in Campania that vinified this IGT before 31/12/2012 may continue outside the zone. Falanghina is spelt 'Falangina'.
