  • From the specification: Varietal wines (at least 85% of the variety) share the limits of their colour; all may be frizzante, red varietals also novello. Two varieties may be named (minor one at least 15%). The 19 t/ha list names 'Prosecco lungo', taken here as Glera lunga. Pinot grigio may be grown (19 t/ha) for white wines but may not be named on the label. Manzoni rosa and Manzoni moscato get no colour block as the text does not say which applies. Vinification is also allowed in neighbouring communes and named communes of Venezia and Pordenone provinces.
