  • Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
  • From the specification: Product specification (2011). Two types: white wine and ice wine (jégbor). White wine grape yield is 17 t/ha for hand harvest and 16 t/ha for machine harvest (recorded), 120 hl/ha of new wine on lees either way. Ice wine: hand-harvested only, from overripe grapes harvested frozen at -7 °C or below and pressed frozen; sweetening, enrichment, acidification and deacidification are prohibited; vintage must be stated and it may only be sold in 0.75, 0.5 or 0.375 l glass bottles. At least 85 % of the grapes must come from the zone (Class I and II cadastre land of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county). Vineyards planted after 1 August 2009: bush, low/medium/high cordon, umbrella, Sylvoz or Guyot, 4,000 vines/ha (at most 2.5 m2 per vine). White wine varieties: Chardonnay, Cserszegi fűszeres, Furmint, Gohér, Hárslevelű, Kabar, Kövérszőlő, Olasz rizling, Ottonel muskotály, Sauvignon, Sárga muskotály, Szürkebarát, Tramini, Zengő, Zenit, Zéta. Enrichment is prohibited for ice wine only, so enrichment_permitted is left null. The '16,66' in the total alcohol column for ice wine appears to repeat the grapes' potential alcohol.
