From the specification: Dry white, red and rosé wines. White varieties: Αθήρι, Ασύρτικο, Μαλαγουζιά, Ροδίτης, Ρομπόλα, Σαββατιανό, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Grape yields are 12 t/ha for white and 10 t/ha for red varieties; rosé (from Roditis and red varieties) is recorded at the lower figure, and no hl/ha limit is given for rosé. White and rosé ferment at no more than 20 °C. The zone covers listed districts of Fokida and Fthiotida at 350–650 m.
