  • Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
  • From the specification: Source: 2011 technical file (Ares(2011)1269803). Main varieties Assyrtiko and Savatiano; also Fokiano, Athiri, Vaftra, Mandilaria, Chidiriotiko; no shares set. Grape yield: rosé may not exceed the yields approved for the white and coloured varieties it is made from (13 t white, 12 t red). Dry white and rosé state a minimum total alcohol (10.5 %) below their minimum actual alcohol (11 %), as printed. Sugar maxima carry footnotes referring to Annex XIV of Reg. 607/2009. Training systems described (goblet, bilateral/unilateral Royat, unilateral Guyot) as found, not as a limit. White/rosé fermentation at most 20 °C; sweetening of dry wines permitted for off-dry, medium and sweet wines; cryo-maceration, oak and micro-oxygenation in use. Minimum total alcohol is printed below the minimum actual alcohol, so it is not recorded.
