Grape yield 8 t/ha for Skiadopoulo and Roditis (recorded) and 12 t/ha for other white varieties. Vine density at least 350 vines per stremma (3,500/ha), not recorded because the text gives it per stremma. White wines ferment at no more than 20 °C; the zone is the whole island of Zakynthos.
