From the specification: Varieties include aligoté B, altesse B, arvine B and bia B, without shares. Section 3.1 also lists sparkling wines, but the cahier states that its provisions on sparkling wines were annulled by the Conseil d'Etat on 2 March 2015, so only still wines are recorded.
