Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
From the specification: Landwein (PGI). Maximum yield is 110 hl/ha for normal sites (raisable by up to 10 hl in exceptional years) and 150 hl/ha for registered steep sites, each plus 20 % carry-over. At least 85 % of grapes from the area, the rest from Germany; production must take place in Baden-Württemberg or a neighbouring state (not strictly in the zone). Varieties: long white list (Auxerrois, Bacchus, Weißer Riesling, Kerner...) and red list (Acolon, Blauer Trollinger, Blauer Limberger, Blauer Spätburgunder...), plus wine from approved variety trials. Sweetness terms trocken, halbtrocken, lieblich and süß are allowed. Cold concentration is prohibited; Sweetening is allowed only with German grape must. Blanc de Noir and Rotling are also described. Federweißer (partially fermented grape must, at least 85 % from the area) is also covered and must meet the Landwein production conditions; the analytical limits are given for wine only.
