  • Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
  • From the specification: Landwein in white, rosé, red, Blanc de Noirs and Rotling. The enrichment caps conflict: section 2.1.3 gives white 11.5 % and red 12 % vol, section 4.4 red 11.5 % and other wines 12.0 % vol; the lower figure is recorded for white and red, 12.0 % for the others. Unenriched wines may reach 15 % vol; sugar:alcohol ratio at most 1:5; no enrichment with concentrated must. Residual sugar may not exceed the maximum for 'halbtrocken' (12 g/l, or 18 g/l when total acidity is at most 10 g/l lower), so wines are dry or medium-dry; sweetening only with German grape must of the same colour. Grapes wholly German and at least 85 % from the area; production, later processing and bottling in the area or in its own or a neighbouring Land. About 70 white and 30 red varieties allowed.
