  • Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
  • From the specification: Landwein in white, rosé (incl. Blanc de Noirs), red and Rotling; Federweißer is partially fermented grape must for direct consumption, at least 85 % from the area and meeting the Landwein conditions. Yield: the specification's section 5 says 110 hl/ha (plus up to 10 hl in exceptional years and 20 % carry-over), the attached single document 90 hl/ha as a holding average plus 20 % carry-over; the lower figure is recorded. Residual sugar may not exceed the maximum for 'halbtrocken' (12 g/l, or 18 g/l when total acidity is at most 10 g/l lower), so wines are dry or medium-dry; sweetening only with German grape must. Cold concentration is not allowed. At least 85 % of grapes from the area, the rest from Germany; production in Baden-Württemberg or a neighbouring state. Varieties include Spätburgunder, Müller-Thurgau, Ruländer, Weißburgunder, Riesling and Gutedel (28 white, 27 red listed).
