  • Boundary not captured yet (PGIs are not in the Eurac boundary data).
  • From the specification: Still wines only, white, red or rosé. The analytical list reads 'total and actual alcoholic strength maximum: ≥ 9 %', recorded as a 9 % minimum total strength. Total acidity 4–7 g/l is expressed as sulphuric acid (H2SO4), not tartaric, so it is not recorded. Enrichment by up to 3 % vol is allowed; the cap after enrichment for rosé is not stated. Rows 1–2.5 m apart and vines 0.9–1.3 m apart (no density figure). Over 50 varieties allowed, including interspecific crosses: e.g. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, Regent, Johanniter, Solaris. The approval request must declare that all processing of grapes into wine took place in the production zone.
